We are pleased to inform you that Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), through its Solar Business Division (SBD), Bengaluru, has issued a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) inviting offers from reputed vendors for entering into a pre-bid tie-up for supply of the Balance of System (BOS) Package for 900 MW (1x500 MW + 1x400 MW) Grid Connected Solar PV Projects at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, with the following details.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is India’s largest engineering and manufacturing public sector enterprise, providing equipment, systems, and services for energy and infrastructure sectors, including power generation, transmission, industry, transportation, and renewable energy. With an installed power generation capacity exceeding 194 GW worldwide and annual revenues of over US$2.4 billion, BHEL has a strong nationwide and international presence. Its Solar Business Division (SBD) in Bengaluru, with a 200 MW solar PV module manufacturing facility and over 1,200 MW of commissioned solar projects, is actively expanding its footprint in both floating and ground-mounted solar power projects. As part of this growth strategy, SBD is inviting reputed vendors to participate in a pre-bid tie-up for the subject package.

Any corrigenda, addenda, amendments, clarifications, or extensions will be published only on the website, and bidders are advised to check it regularly for updates. Offers must be submitted by e-mail only: the Techno-Commercial Bid to technicalbid-epd@bhel.in and the Price Bid to pricebid-epd@bhel.in. The tender reference number and due date must be mentioned in the subject line of the e-mail. For convenience, a copy of the Tender Inviting Letter is attached.
