Invitation for 75th Indian Foundry Congress (IFC) & IFEX 2027

            The Institute of Indian Foundrymen (IIF), the apex national body of the Indian foundry industry established in 1950, is organizing the 75th Indian Foundry Congress (IFC) – Platinum Jubilee Edition, concurrently with IFEX 2027, from 8–10 February 2027 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, India. Held on the theme “Innovate for New Opportunities”, the Congress will bring together foundry manufacturers, casting buyers, OEMs, procurement and sourcing professionals, technology providers, policymakers and industry leaders from India and overseas. A major highlight of this landmark edition is the International B2B Buyer–Seller Programme, which connects overseas casting buyers and procurement teams directly with capable Indian foundries through structured, pre-scheduled business meetings.

            India is the world’s second-largest producer of castings, with casting exports of about US$ 5.1 billion in 2024-25, of which the UAE imported approximately US$ 325 million. Indian foundries serve the automotive, railway, defence, aerospace, heavy engineering, capital goods, infrastructure, energy, mining, agriculture, pumps and valves, and construction equipment sectors, offering overseas buyers a wide choice of reliable sourcing partners under the India–UAE CEPA.

            The selected overseas buyers/delegates shall be entitled to the following facilitation package:

• Pre-scheduled B2B meetings with suitable Indian foundries based on sourcing requirements

• Access to the dedicated B2B Arena for focused one-to-one buyer–seller interactions
• Complimentary visit to the concurrently organised IFEX 2027 exhibition of foundry technologies, products and services

• Welcome Kit and on-site assistance from the IIF team during the programme
• Opportunities for interaction and networking with leading Indian foundries, industry leaders and business delegations

The extension of the facilitation package is solely at the discretion of the Institute of Indian Foundrymen, which reserves the right to determine the eligibility and selection of buyers. The package is subject to applicable terms and conditions, availability and verification of information/documents submitted by the buyer. The decision of the Institute shall be final.
