NOTICE OF AWARD OF CONTRACT 

This is with reference to tender No. Abu/Cul/327/1/2026 dtd 02.04.2026 for Social Media Management, Monitoring and Analysis in respect of Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi.  

2. The Financial bids of the following bidding companies, which qualified for the Financial Bid stage after undergoing technical evaluation, were opened on 04.05.2026 at 11 am at Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi. 

 M/s. Radix Media LLC 

 M/s. Precise Communications Design LLC. 

 M/s. Bates PanGulf LLC. 

3. After examination of financial bids of these companies, the results of the Financial Bids were announced on May 04, 2026 at the Embassy in the physical presence of their representatives and the members of the Mission’s Technical Evaluation Committee. With the approval of the competent authority, the Financial bid of M/s Radix Media LLC, is declared as the Lowest Financial Bid (L1) on the basis of Service fee quoted and the contract is hereby awarded to M/s Radix Media LLC.
