1. Indian President visited UAE in November 1976, October 2003 and November 2010.
2. UAE’s President, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, visited India in 1975 and 1992.
3. UAE’s President, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, visited India twice as the President of the UAE on 09-10 September 2023, 09-10 January 2024 and twice as Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi on 10-12 February 2016 and 24-26 January 2017.
Prime Ministerial visits:
1. Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi visited UAE seven times in 13-14 February 2024, 30 November-01 December 2023, 15 July 2023, 28 June 2022, 23-24 August 2019, 10-11 February 2018 and 16-17 August 2015.
2. Prime Minister of India, Smt. Indira Gandhi, visited UAE in May 1981.

3. India Minister of External Affairs, Lt. Ms. Sushma Swaraj visited UAE in March 2019, December 2018 and November 2014.
4. Shri Salman Khurshid visited UAE on March 13, 2013 and held a telephonic conversation with the UAE Foreign Minister on February 5, 2014 on his transit visit. MoS Shri E. Ahmad visited UAE from 30 April to 03 May 2014.

1. Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Shri Pralhad Joshi visited the United Arab Emirates on 11-14 January 2026 and participated in 16th Assembly of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA).
2. MoS Defence, Shri Sanjay Seth visited UAE on 17-18 November 2025 and participated in Dubai Airshow 2025.
3. Minister of State for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Shri Kirti Vardhan Singh visited UAE on 09-11 October 2025 and participated in the IUCN World Conservation Congress.
4. Minister for Commerce & Industry, Shri Piyush Goyal visited the UAE in September 2025 and October 2023 to attend 13th & 11th Meeting of High Level Task Force on Investment (HLTFI) respectively. Minister of Textiles, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Shri Piyush Goyal visited UAE in October 2021 to inaugurate the India Pavilion at Dubai EXPO2020 and to co-chair the 9th meeting of High Level Task Force on Investment (HLTFI) with UAE' Minister of State (Foreign Trade) Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi. Minister of Commerce and Industry, Shri Piyush Goyal visited UAE from 27 to 01 March 2024 to participate in 13th Ministerial Conference. Minister for Commerce & Industry, Shri Piyush Goyal visited the UAE in March 2022 and participated in World Government Summit.
5. Minister of Education, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan visited United Arab Emirates from 10-11 September 2025 and launched the first ever overseas Atal Innovation Centre in the IIT Delhi-Abu Dhabi campus and also launched the Ph.D. and B. Tech programmes in Energy and Sustainability. Also, the IIM-Ahmedabad Dubai Campus was jointly inaugurated by Minister of Education of India and H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. Minister of Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan visited UAE from 01 to 03 November 2023 and participated in meetings and discussions to promote cooperation in the fields of skill development.
6. Minister of Communications of India, Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia led a delegation to the United Arab Emirates from 07-09 September 2025 and participated in 28th UPU Congress.
7. Minister of Heavy Industries and Steel, Mr. H. D. Kumaraswamy led a delegation to the United Arab Emirates from 30 June-2 July 2025 and held a productive meeting with His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and His Excellency Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy & Tourism of the UAE.
8. Hon’ble Minister of Culture Gajendra Shekhawat visited in April 2025 to attend the Culture Summit in UAE. He held bilateral meetings with UAE Minister of Economy and Minister of Culture.
9. Minister of Food Processing and Industries, Shri Chirag Paswan visited UAE on 17-21 February 2025 to participate in 30th edition of Gulfood 2025, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
10. Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Shri Bhupender Yadav visited UAE on 11-13 February 2025 and participated in World Governments Summit (WGS) 2025. Minister Shri Bhuepnder Yadav visited UAE in Sep 2022 to participate in the World Green Economy Summit held in Dubai.
11. Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Shri Hardeep Singh Puri visited UAE in November 2024, October 2023 and November 2022 to participate in the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) 2024, ADIPEC 2023 and ADIPEC 2022 respectively.
12. Minister of State for External Affairs, Shri V. Muraleedharan visited UAE from 21 to 23 December 2023 and addressed the Indian community in Fujairah.
13. Rajya Raksha Mantri, Shri Ajay Bhatt visited UAE from 15 to 17 November 2023 to witness the Dubai Airshow 2023.
14. Minister of Steel, Shri Ram Chandra Prasad Singh visited the UAE in March 2022 to participate in Dubai Expo2022.

17. The Minister of State for External Affairs & Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India, Shri V. Muraleedharan visited UAE from 18 – 21 January 2021. During his visit took up various issues related to the welfare of Indian community and the promotion of bilateral relations.
18. Minister for Food processing Industries, Mrs. Harsimrat Kaur Badal visited Dubai from 16th to 18th February 2020 for the 25th edition of the ‘Gulfood 2020’. She also reviewed the existing bilateral cooperation in the field of the food security and deliberated upon ways to further increase the it. She also discussed UAE’s prospective investments in food corridor in India.

1. Minister of State for International Cooperation, UAE Her Excellency Reem Al Hashimy visited India on 10 September 2025 and met with Foreign Secretary Shri Vikram Misri.
2. Minister of Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates H.E. Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi visited India on 29-30 August 2025 and held a bilateral meeting with Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, Shri Piyush Goyal.
3. Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ms Noura Bint Mohammed Al Kaabi participated in the Raisina Dialogue 2025 in New Delhi in March 2025.
4. Minister of State for International Cooperation, UAE Her Excellency Reem Al Hashimy visited India on 29-30 April 2024 and met with Minister of External Affairs of India, Dr. S Jaishankar.
5. Minister of State for International Cooperation Ms Reem Al Hashimy participated in the Special Meeting of the UNSC CTC in India in Oct 2022 and also met EAM Dr S Jaishankar on the margins of the Conference in Delhi. She also accompanied HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed during his visit to Delhi in Nov 2022.
6. UAE Minister of Climate Change and Environment Ms Mariam Almheiri visited Delhi in Oct 2022 to attend the Annual Assembly meetings of International Solar Alliance.
7. In October 2022, Sheikh Hamad bin Zayed Al Nahyan visited India to co-chair the 10th HLTFI with CIM Shri Piyush Goyal.
8. UAE Minister of Economy Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri visited Delhi with a business delegation in May 2022 to explore the business and investment opportunities soon after the CEPA agreement coming into force.
9. Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, CEO ADNOC, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and the UAE's special envoy for Climate visited India in May 2022. During his visit, MoU on Climate Action was signed.
10. Dr. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State (Foreign Trade) visited Delhi in September 2021 to jointly launch the negotiations with Minister of Textiles, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Shri Piyush Goyal on the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).
11. UAE President’s Diplomatic Advisor Dr. Anwar Gargash visited Delhi in August 2021 and met with External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar.
12. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, UAE’s MoS for Defense Affairs, led a defence delegation to participate in the 11th edition of DefExpo-2020 held in Lucknow in February 2020.
13. Dr. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, then Minister for Climate Change & Environment visited Kerala in January 2020 for the Kerala Literature Festival.
